Life Legacy
Ola “Miss Ola” Bearden Duncan, 95, of Seneca passed away Sunday December 6, 2009. She was born in Stephens County Ga. And was the daughter of the late John Bearden , Sr. and Mamie Childress. She was the wife of the late Wade T. Duncan. She was a member of Seneca Baptist Church and Easter Star Chapter #5. She is survived by 2 Sons, Donald and wife Sue Duncan of Seneca, SC. Edwin and wife Betty Duncan of Sumter, SC. She has 3 Grandchildren and 4 Step-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 5 brothers and 3 sisters. Services will be 3:00 p.m. Tuesday December 8, 2009 at Brown-Oglesby funeral Home with Dr. C. Von Reynolds and Rev. Tommy Wade officiating. Burial will follow in Oconee Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Tuesday 2 to 3 p.m. prior to the service. The family request that memorials be made to Seneca Baptist Church Building fund, 1080 S. Oak St. Seneca SC 29678.
