Life Legacy
Gertrude Louise Simpson,86, of 611 East Hampton St. died Wednesday, December 23, 2009. She was born in Seneca and was the daughter of the late Thomas B. and Selma L. Miller Simpson. She was preceded in death by her sister, Alice Thomas. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Walhalla. She is survived by a niece, Sharon Ayers of Inman, SC. Graveside services will be 4 p.m. Saturday December 26, 2009 at Oconee Memorial Park with Revs. Kenneth Hood and Bobby Bowers officiating. There will be no receiving time. Brown-Oglesby is in charge of arrangements.
